RETURN POLICY

The product can be returned or exchanged within seven days of receipt. To request a return or exchange, we must receive notification and request via email within seven days. To initiate the return process, the product, along with its invoice, must be sent to the address below, with the return shipping cost covered by the customer.

Product and Price Refund Conditions:

Returns must be made with the original packaging. Returns of used, personalized, damaged, or damaged products whose original packaging has become damaged and rendered them unsellable are not accepted.

A return will be initiated only if the product meets the return conditions specified here. Once the return is approved, the buyer will be contacted via email at the registered address, and the credit card payment will be refunded to the account. This will be done within ten (10) business days from the date of notification.
